SONG OF THE DAY: Ferry Corsten ft Jenny Wahlstrom – “Many Ways”
“Many Ways” is the Bj?rk single we’ve been waiting for a long time to hear. Seriously, when Swedish singer Jenny Wahlstrom comes in, the resemblance to Bj?rk is uncanny, with the intonation and phrasing sharing a similar angelic quirkiness. Ferry Corsten starts the track with a pretty keyboard leading to a rock-ish big beat and a double dropout before the stadium house-sounding progressive pop track fully kicks in. Although there is just a 90-second preview online, it’s easy to see how this could be a major record and possibly even follow Armin van Buuren/Trevor Guthrie’s “This is What It Feels Like” onto commercial radio.
